The techniques are also used above the body to clear, energize and balance the energy field surrounding the body called the aura. You may experience a variety of sensations such as warmth, gentle tingling, restfulness or a sense of calm.
The first session allows time to discuss personal history from fun to functional and reason(s) for visit to best achieve every client's goals. Follow-up sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes depending on the individual's needs including self-care techniques, mind-body awareness, resources or referrals if needed.
