Trina O'Brien brings nearly 15 years of experience helping individuals improve their health through sustainable lifestyle changes. Her background includes wellness coaching, nutrition education, fitness training, therapeutic massage, and health advocacy.

After navigating her own cancer diagnosis and treatment, Trina developed a deep appreciation for the role nutrition, stress management, sleep, movement, and mindset play in long-term health. That experience fuels her passion for helping others create meaningful, lasting change.

Working alongside Dr. Melinda Marzolf and the Balance Integrated Health team, Trina provides personalized coaching that helps clients turn health goals into realistic action plans.
